Each year, the Financial Times reviews the work of many corporate law firms in Asia Pacific for their innovation and efficacy in serving their clients. They publish their reviews in the Asia Pacific Innovative Lawyers 2016: Corporate & Commercial list. This year, LNT & Partners, a sole representative of Vietnam, has been ranked with a tie for #3 out of 25 law firms recognized for their innovation in 2016. 

One example of LNT’s legal innovation that attracted such an award can be seen in our assistance led by Partner Quyen Hoang with a PPP project worth over billions US dollars. This project is considered to be one of the most significant infrastructure projects in Ho Chi Minh city, as it will be the first subway project in Vietnam. In addition, LNT worked with the People Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and the collaborating parties every step of the way since 2015 for the Metro Line Project 2 and continues to advise our client with cutting edge methods to manage negotiation sessions with bidders for this novel project. We also work tirelessly to revise contracts and follow up to ensure the complete legal compliance of our client to avoid unnecessary risks or disputes.
