Mr. Scmidt is graduated from the Catholic University of Peter Pazmany, Hungary, he acquired his LL.M degree in International and European Business Law in Belgium at Université Catholique de Louvain.

Specialised in commercial law, and in litigation & arbitration, he represents his clients in front of domestic and international courts and arbitral tribunals in challenging and complex cases.

Believing that theory and practice should walk hand in hand, besides supporting his Alma mater as a university lecturer, Richard frequently publishes articles in contemporary issues of dispute resolution and commercial law.
