When early summer is still gentle with breeze, upon the seventh anniversary of the establishment of the PW & Partners, the branch secretary James Peng led the team to the beautiful coast town, Dong shan county, in Fu jian to visit the museum in memory of Mr. Gu Wen chang in order to learn about the his dedicating spirit and self-giving contribution for the people.

The chairman of Dongshan Gu Wenchang Spirit Research Association Mr. Huang Shilin personally interpret Gu's achievements for PW & Partner team. Through the plain but touching stories, a vivid image of the Party member and cadre of “always keeping the Party, the people, the responsibilities and the principles in heart” was built in PW team’s mind.

More than 60 years ago, despite of extremely harsh natural conditions ,secretary Gu Wen chang led Dong shan cadres and masses to fight hard for more than a decades, planting trees to root out sandstorms, building salt fields in the sea, constructing water conservancy work and fishing port, building up coastal levee and roads, highly developing cultural undertakings, devoting himself to promote the economic and social development in Dong shan and to improve people's well-being and the natural ecological environment. Chairman Xi used to comment that he has “built an imperishable memorial in people’s heart”.
